Andrew joined Boulter & Co in 1999. He quickly became Partner in 2000 and Senior partner in 2013.

Andrew completed his degree in Law at Queen Mary College University of London and thereafter passed his Law Society finals at the College of Law in Chancery Lane. In addition he completed his masters in Public International Law at University College London.

Andrew specialises in Residential and Commercial Conveyancing, Enfranchisement and Lease extensions (having taken many cases to the Tribunal).
